Integrating with PagerDuty for two-way notifications

Integrating with PagerDuty

PagerDuty is an enterprise incident alerting service that integrates with ITOps and DevOps monitoring stacks.

Connecting PagerDuty to SignifAI allows you to trigger and resolve incidents from your SignifAI Control Center and receive all PagerDuty incidents state changes in real time.

SignifAI supports deep integration with PagerDuty. By configuring both the webhook and the notification API, SignifAI will automatically update the issue status in PagerDuty once it's updated in SignifAI and also will automatically acknowledge or close the issues inside SignifAI based on the PagerDuty user's action.

  1. Login to your PagerDuty dashboard with Admin access.

  2. Go to the Configuration page and click on Services.

  3. Add a New Service, name it and choose the generic API integration. You can choose your escalation policy for all events.

  4. Copy the API Key provided by PagerDuty into SignifAI.

  1. Copy SignifAI's Collector URL into PagerDuty Webhook to receive 2-way notifications.

We highly recommend you’ll also integrate the incoming Webhook from PagerDuty to track in real-time any incidents state changes.
